Specifications include, but are not limited to: This Request for Information (RFI) is issued by the New Hampshire Department of Administrative Services, Bureau of Purchase and Property. This Request for Information has been issued with the intent of gathering information relative to the process of establishing a contract for Ceiling repairs at 144 Clinton Street for the State of New Hampshire. The State’s objectives are to seek responses from vendors with experience in providing Ceiling and roof repairs. It is the Department’s intent to use information obtained through this RFI help decide the next steps for a potential contract. Response to this RFI is not a prerequisite for participation in any subsequent solicitation. The State of New Hampshire has the following objectives: • Determine where and how the water is entering the structure to cause damage to the suspended ceiling. • Determine an approximate cost of repairs in total, to include mold remediation and installation of new ceiling tiles using an industry standard size 2’ x 2’ tiles in the 1,706 sqft area. • Determine a timeline for the work and sequence of steps in the ceiling repair and replacement. • Solicit respondent information to assist the State in preparing an RFP or RFB.
