Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1.Toilets to be pulled and placed offsite.2.Kitchen Items such as stove, Large Island on wheels and refrigerator will move around toinstall.3.All Floor Grates will be removed and sandblasting and repainting prior to reinstallation.4.Use existing Metal Thresholds5.Remove existing Carpet on stage and prep for new flooring.6.Remove existing four inches (4”) vinyl base and prep for new four inches (4”) vinyl base,Brown7.Install new carpet on raised stage: Ancestry Color Patriarch – Broadloom commercialcarpet 30oz Nylon Carpet8.Install new .25” plywood over existing VCT flooring in the above spaces.9.Install new Tarkett II VCT (Vinyl Composition Tile) over new plywood subfloor in areaslisted above.10.Post installation seal and waxing of new flooring.
