Specifications include, but are not limited to: Staging: A safe, industry standard deck stage that is 32’x16’x4’complete with one set of stairs, rear and side railing and skirting. Sound System: A complete distributed high-quality, outdoor rated sound system. The system should be comprised of remote towers providing full range audio across the park, which is about 226,000 square feet and can host up to 35,000 people. At the stage, the audio system shall have accommodations for a DJ, two hosts and up to a four-piece band. Stage Lighting: A minimal light system is required at the stage, for both a visual focus and for safety of the performers since it will get very dark. We do not need complete event/concert lighting. Power Package: Shall include a licensed electrician on site. Provide a complete power solution using provided park infrastructure. Must power all aspects of the above specified equipment. Additionally, stage power and site power should be included. This includes power to vendors and food trucks, as needed. All power to be run safely and with cable ramps as needed. Miscellaneous: Provide pop up tents for off stage and equipment, provide ‘bike rack’ barricades for crowd control around the stage. Labor: Proposal shall include all labor to execute the above package, including staff to provide professional level live mixing, basic light programming, stage building and power distribution. Trucking: Include roundtrip trucking rates for the above package. Housing & Event Travel Issues: The vendor shall have one night of accommodations for up to three hotel rooms. The vendor shall plan to leave trucks near the site and arrive early to the site on April 8, before Burlington gets overly crowded.
