Location: o Installation to be carried out at 4 designated locations: o All ends will Pulled into and terminated inside intersection cabinets o Main St.\Washington Ave. to Main St.\Matthews Ave. o Main St.\Matthews Ave. to Main St.\Oak Ave. o Main St.\Oak Ave. to Main St.\Cherry Ave. o Main St.\Cherry Ave. to Main St.\Nettleton Ave. 4. Intersection Cabinet: o Fiber patch panel to be installed inside the intersection cabinet at each location. Cabinets have DIN rails. o All cabinets have a pull box\junction box beside cabinet, which has conduit going to cabinet. o Any concrete work needed should be replaced professionally and included in costs. o All access inside the cabinets should be coordinated with the city. 5. Timeline: o The project must be completed within the agreed-upon timeline (to be specified by the contractor in the proposal and attached to bid.) 6. Technical Requirements: o Compliance with industry standards for fiber optic installation o Testing and certification of installed fiber for optimal performance 7. Proposal Submission: o Interested parties are requested to submit a comprehensive proposal detailing their approach, methodology, timeline, and cost estimates for the project. (Attach to bid) 8.
