Specifications include, but are not limited to: The state of North Dakota, acting through its Secretary of State, Elections Division (the STATE) is soliciting proposals for an Election Management System Solution to provide integrated services that would: Host and maintain the STATE’s Central Voter File (no voter registration in ND), Provide election management and administration, supporting counties statewide, to provide secure and accurate elections, Provide for online election night reporting and results delivery, Support online voter resources through integration within STATE web environments or vendor supported solution, Provide a searchable campaign finance filing and reporting solution, Provide for petition processing from initial filing through final resolution, and, if available, Optional* - offer lobbyist tracking that allows for integration with campaign finance reporting.
