Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Provide Douglas County Environmental Services (DCES) with machine street sweeping of two (2) Douglas County properties for one (1) sweeping period from a date of award: ● Sarpy/Douglas County Extension Office – 8015 West Center Road, Omaha, NE 68124. Sweeping to be done between the hours of midnight and 6:00 a.m. ● Douglas County Health Center campus (DCHC) – 4105 Woolworth Avenue, Omaha, NE 68105. This facility is a 24/7 operation and some parking areas will be occupied at night. Sweeping to be done after 11:00 p.m. and will need to be scheduled and coordinated in advance. Note: The DCHC campus extends from Woolworth Avenue – on the south to Pacific Street on the north and from 42nd Street on the west to approximately 39th Street on the east. All drives and parking lots within that area should be included and are noted on the respective map. Maps of the respective properties are included with this specification. 2. The specifications contained in the City of Omaha Standard Specifications forPublic Works Construction 2003 Edition or latest revision, unless modified herein shall govern this contract. 3. The contractor agrees to furnish all labor, supervision, material, permits, licenses and equipment necessary to provide machine sweeping as designated. 4.
