Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Community Planning Association of Southwest Idaho (COMPASS) is seeking proposals from firms to provide comprehensive IT services to COMPASS. The purpose of this RFP is to solicit proposals from qualified providers and select a single provider to provide IT services to COMPASS on an ongoing basis. COMPASS staff use laptops or desktops to access the COMPASS network. There are 21 laptops or desktops assigned to specific staff. There are additional laptops and smart monitors that COMPASS uses to facilitate meetings. Most staff use standard office programs, including but not limited to: • Microsoft Office Suite – using Office 365 • Active X Directory • Adobe Suite Some staff uses more specialized programs including but not limited to: • ArcGIS • CUBE modeling software
