Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor will complete the approach surfacing repair on each (individual) approach of each listed structure requiring traffic to be maintained in ½ roadway width within 4 working days per approach, asphalt concrete included. Work at these locations will not be allowed until the cold milling operations begin. The Department will begin to count working days when the Contractor closes ½ of the roadway. The Department will continue to count working each day traffic is maintained in ½ roadway width. The Department will begin to count working days when the Contractor begins the approach surfacing repair work. The Department will continue to count working days until the Contractor completes the work. The Department will count working days in accordance with Section 8.6 A.
