Specifications include, but are not limited to: Remove existing roofing down to the deck. Any deteriorated decking will be replaced on a time and material basis, see below. Contractor to review the existing roof to verify existing design/make-up, no changes will be made for items that are easily inspected prior to bid. Install two, 3” layers of polyisocyanurate insulation, minimum R value - 35 over the roof decking. All insulation to be attached to the roof deck with manufacturers specified screws and plates. Install tapered polyisocyanurate insulation over new insulation. Install 60mil Non-Reinforced EPDM rubber roof membrane fully adhered to the new insulation. Install new 24Ga. Prefinished black steel scuppers and downspouts. Interior of downspouts to be wrapped with matching prefinished black steel, no white metal to show through. Install new 24Ga. Prefinished black steel 6” coping cap/flashing around entire perimeter. Clean up and remove all trash and debris from the job site each day. Repair any damage to lawn with new dirt and grass seed. Any mechanical and/or electrical work will be done by the owner
