Specifications include, but are not limited to: Construction management, and staking and surveying. Construction Management Scope Project set-up, project/contract administration, weekly progress meetings, and project closeout. All effort levels listed below are estimates and should not be considered firm durations or a firm level of effort. The selected consultant will e expected to provide the scope of services, as specified, through the duration of the project. Digital Project Management Procedures The County will provide the consultant and contractor use of a web-based project software, Procore, to administer and use for the purposes of hosting and managing project communication and documentation until Final Completion. Web-based administrative logs shall include, but are not limited to the following: ASI, change requests, closeout documents, drawings and specifications, meeting minutes, project schedules, pay applications, RFI, and submittals. Before and During Construction a. Act as the County’s representative on-site. b. Conduct construction inspection and oversight by a resident observer. Contract duration is set at 260 working days and is anticipated to be constructed in 2024. We estimate an average of 30 hours per week of project representative time for a duration of 40 weeks to complete this task. c. Relay construction issues arising in the field related to County representatives provide a recommended action for each. d. Participate in coordinating utilities and completing relocations or new construction in the project area.
