Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor agrees to furnish all labor, tools, materials, chemicals, licenses, and certifications necessary to maintain and sanitize weekly the water safety tank, hydro-therapy tank, 911 fountain, and fallen officer memorial fountain in accordance with the following specifications: A. Contractor shall maintain proper water level and chemical balance at all times. B. Contractor shall maintain water clarity, total alkalinity, Chlorine, and PH balance to health department and industry standards. Test at least once a week, more frequently if needed. Test records are to be kept on-site and become the property of the CHP. C. Contractor shall remove all debris and empty all strainer baskets at least once a week, more frequently if needed. D. Contractor shall clean all six (6) canisters and twelve (12) filters annually, as recommended by the manufacturer, more frequently if needed. E. Contractor shall skim, vacuum, and brush weekly. F. Contractor shall dress professionally at all times. G. Contractor shall communicate, with on-site contact, regarding any equipment failure and/or repairs needed. H. In case of a special event, to be determined by the CHP, contractor will be required to ensure that all water tanks are in pristine condition, which may require an on-site visit at no additional cost to the CHP. I. Contractor is to respond to emergency services within 4 hours of request unless other arrangements have been made with the onsite contact. J. Contractor shall provide Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) for all chemicals used annually. If new chemicals are introduced at any time, contractor shall supply MSDS immediately. Material Safety Data Sheets shall remain on site and become the property of CHP. K. Contractor shall clean up after every visit, leaving the areas free and clear of all debris.
