Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Contractor must inspect the facility and verify the list of equipment to be serviced and maintained according to the specifications. B. Any quotes for additional services not covered under this agreement must be provided to the state at no charge. Any repairs will be done outside the maintenance contract. C. Contractor shall take all necessary precautions to protect service locations. Any damage caused by Contractor to state equipment, materials or other property shall be repaired or replaced by the Contractor to the States satisfaction at no cost. The state may, at its discretion, repair any damage and deduct the cost from Contractor’s invoice. D. Contractor shall take measures to ensure that all materials or debris used in the course of the maintenance is removed from CHP premises and disposed of properly. E. All work shall be unconditionally guaranteed for one (1) year barring any damage that is outside of the Contractor’s control. The warranty shall become effective when the State approves the completed work.
