Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Barre is seeking bids for the removal and replacement of existing roofing material on a building at the Wastewater Treatment Plant. The building is located at 69 Treatment Plant Dr in the City of Barre. An aerial photo of the site is included below with the project location. Equipment and materials may be staged on-site during the project in specified locations as determined by the Wastewater Treatment Plant Operator. The contractor is responsible for the removal and disposal of all waste from the project including the existing roofing material, which shall be included in the bid price. The contractor shall inspect the decking materials once the existing roofing materials have been stripped. Any defective materials will be reported to the Director of Public Works. With his approval, defective materials shall be replaced by the contractor for an agreedupon sum in addition to the bid price.
