Air Conditioning Servicing, • Test Safety Controls • Change filters • Check and record all refrigerant leaks • Check indoor evaporator Coil • Change Batteries in thermostat as needed • Lubricate fan bearings, motors and pumps • Replace belts once a year • Clean outdoor condenser coil • Inspect, clean drain line and drain pan • Check Electrical Components • Check operation and submit report Oil and Gas Heating Equipment, • Inspect, adjust and replace belts as needed • Change Batteries in thermostat as needed • Replace Nozzle and oil filter • Check gas valve pressure • Check Flame sensor • Inspect hot surface ignitor/electrodes
