Specifications include, but are not limited to: The project consists of the retrofit and improvements to an existing stormwater management basin located on private open space in the Hampton Pointe subdivision. Work will include erosion and sediment control measures, temporary bypass pumping, dewatering, removal and disposal of accumulated sediment, removal and disposal of an existing outlet structure and discharge pipe, placement of a new outlet structure, discharge pipe, rip-rap drainage stilling basin, and flared end section with riprap apron, backfilling and regrading, stabilization of embankments and channels, removal of erosion control measures, and preparation of as-built plans in accordance with the contract specifications and drawings. Temporary traffic control is to be provided in accordance with Part 6 – Temporary Control of the Delaware Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD).
