Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. The Work is located in Lincoln, Nebraska in the following locations. 1. South side of Holdrege Street from 88th and Holdrege to 98th and Holdrege within public right of way and permanent water main easements. 2. East side of 98th Street from 98th and Holdrege to 98th and Adams Street. 3. On agricultural land within permanent water main easement from 98th and Adams Street to east of 98th and Benton Street. 4. On private property within permanent water main easements on the north and south sides of the David Murdock Trail east of 98th Street. 5. On the east side of 98th Street from south of 98th and Havelock Avenue to 98th and Alvo Road within right of way and permanent water main easements. B. Work to be performed under this Contract includes removal of trees and associated site restoration. C. All work shall be performed in accordance with the City of Lincoln Transportation and Utilities (LTU) City of Lincoln Standard Specifications for Municipal Construction 2023, hereinafter referred to as the “Standard Specifications” except as specifically modified in these specifications or on the Plans.
