Specifications include, but are not limited to: Towel and Linen Service at the City’s four (4) 18-Hole Golf Courses. 1. Bar Towels - Qty. 400 (100 Per Golf Course): Must be 16” x 19” in size and 100% Cotton. 2. Golf Car Drying Towels - Qty. 40 (10 Per Golf Course): Must be standard Bath Towel Size and 100% Cotton. Note: These bath size towels will be used on and around motorized golf cars and will accumulate oil and grease in the golf car drying process. Towels delivered must be clean, but of a condition appropriate for their intended use. City is not to be charged for towels which are soiled in the drying process when returned for cleaning. The City shall have the option to order additional towels and linen for special events and tournaments. The successful vendor(s) shall maintain a reasonable standard of quality and service during the term of this agreement. Towel & Linen Service for all four (4) Golf Courses to include: • Delivery and pick up - once per week • Service Period - March through November • Billed monthly
