Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Bleacher Inspections • Inspections shall be made per manufacturer’s compliance specifications. • Check and retighten bleacher attachments. • Tighten all nuts/bolts under bleachers so frame is tight and secure. • Replace missing hardware, nuts and bolts. • Inspect tracks to ensure the integrity. • Check for foreign objects in tracts. Clean, vacuum tracts and degrease. • Check for broken welds. • Inspect power system and adjust if necessary. • Clean rollers, inspect for broken rollers and advise if any need replacement. • Lubricate all moving parts, frame and tracts. B. Miscellaneous Gym Equipment Inspections • Inspections shall be made per manufacturer’s compliance specifications. • Test tightness of all screws, bolts, nuts and fasteners on backboards, framing and floor plates. • Check all backboards and framing for signs of weakness or stress. • Check all winches, pulleys and cables for proper operation. • Check all height adjustment devices for proper operation. • Grease cables, pulley and fitting per manufacturers recommendations.
