Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Request for Proposal is designed to solicit proposals from a qualified bidder who will be responsible for providing Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) services in the GNWDA. The GNWDA consists of 88 counties in Nebraska (excluding the counties of Lancaster, Saunders, Douglas, Sarpy, and Washington). A single service provider is sought for all of the following: Adult and Dislocated Service Provider, Youth Service Provider, Administrative Entity, and One-Stop Operator. Any resulting contract is not an exclusive contract to furnish these services and does not preclude the purchase of similar services from other sources. Funding for the services provided under the contract resulting from this RFP will change from year-to-year. As a result, any contract will be issued for a one (1) year period, effective the date of the award. NDOL reserves the right to extend the period of the contract beyond the termination date when mutually agreeable to the parties.
