Specifications include, but are not limited to: PLC Hardware Acquisition: Provide PLC hardware, including CPU, Modules, Power Supplies, Terminal Blocks, and related components specified in the document " 2023_LSW_PLCUpgrade_Totals " attached to this RFP. Leachate Control Panel Upgrade: Remove the existing PLC and associated modules. Install the new 5069 CompactLogix PLC and associated modules. Re-land I/O wiring in the positions specified in the document "2023_LSW_PLCUpgrade_IO_Mapping" attached to this RFP. Conduct I/O checks to ensure proper functionality. Utility Flare Control Panel Upgrade: Remove the existing PLC and associated modules. Install the new 5069 CompactLogix PLC and associated modules. Re-land I/O wiring in the positions specified in the document "2023_LSW_PLCUpgrade_IO_Mapping" attached to this RFP. Conduct I/O checks to ensure proper functionality. Utility Flare Control Panel Wiring: Re-strip and re-terminate all control wiring on terminal blocks associated with the PLC I/O in the Utility Flare Control Panel. Wire labels shall be reused or replaced using the same naming convention if they are damaged during construction. I/O Check and Testing Reports: Submission of reports detailing the results of comprehensive I/O checks and testing for both the Leachate and Utility Flare Control Panels, including corrections made during the testing phase. Documentation Updates: Updated documentation reflecting changes made during the implementation phase. Existing schematics to be redlined with all updates and provided to Owner.
