Specifications include, but are not limited to: This RFP seeks detailed responses describing each vendor’s capacity and commitment to meet the Division of State Police needs for prompt and quality service. The RFP requires statements of qualifications, technical expertise and pricing submittals. The Vendor shall provide required pre-employment physical examinations and/or drug screenings, as provided in and required by New Hampshire Police Standards and Training Council’s Recommended Guidelines for Recruit Academy Medical Examinations (Pol 301.04 [Attachment E] and completed bottom portion of Form D Medical [Attachment F] for each candidate). Optional services that are required by an accrediting body (such as the American College of Occupational and Environmental Medicine, or “ACOEM”) for certain applicants (defined as an Addendum to Attachment E) may also be performed with prior approval from the Agency. All of the above services concern the pre-employment prescribed health, medical and physical examinations for personnel who may become employees of the Department of Safety, Division of State Police.
