Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Provide testing candidates with MMPI3 PCIR administrations to include materials, scoring, and report writing. 2. Provide scoring for digital and hand scoring sheets. MMPI3 administrations that are conducted at the Criminal Justice Council will be provided digitally but, in some instances, staff may administer paper tests for hand scoring. 3. Score and report approximately 150-200 MMPI evaluations yearly. 4. Facilitate scoring, reporting, and billing with law enforcement agencies. The Criminal Justice Council shall facilitate scheduling and administration of MMPI 3’s. 5. Provide documentation that qualifies the contractor as a Level C Qualified professional. To be a Level C qualified professional the contractor must submit proof of one of the following: a. A doctorate degree in psychology, education, or a closely related field with formal training in ethical administration, scoring, and interpretation of clinical assessments related to the intended use of the assessment. b. OR Licensure or certification to practice in Vermont in a field related to the MMPI3 PCIR c. OR Certification by or full active membership in a professional organization (Such as APA, NSAP, NAN, INS) that requires training and experience in the relevant area of assessment. 6. Available to score and report on VCJC Scheduled Test administration dates (listed below) a. January 23, 2024 b. February 13, 2024 c. March 26, 2024 d. April 16, 2024 e. May 14, 2024 f. June 11, 2024 g. July 16, 2024 h. August 13, 2024 i. September 24, 2024 j. October 15, 2024 k. November 19, 2024 l. December 17, 2024 m. Some additional test dates may be added depending on need of stakeholders, but contractor would be notified prior to administration. 7. Provide scoring and reporting of MMPI3 PCIR test, that is conducted online, to agencies no more than seven days after the completion of the test. 8. Provide scoring and reporting of MMPI3 PCIR test, that requires hand scoring, to agencies no more than seven days after receipt of the test.
