Specifications include, but are not limited to: ACHR is seeking information to determine the availability of different employee service award programs, what those programs may offer, and the related costs for such programs. The main goals of this RFI are to: 1. Determine available service award vendors, services, and programs. 2. Identify the costs of available awards programs which meet or exceed the needs described in this RFI. 3. Discover options that could help ACHR improve, modernize, and/or streamline Ada County’s employee service award program, while keeping costs and staff time required to administer the program to a reasonable level. 4. Develop realistic timeframes around an implementation process. 5. Determine next steps.
