The intent of this proposal is for Hutto ISD to contract with companies and professionals who offer electrical services to support the needs of our maintenance and operations within the district. These services could include but are not limited to: Repair and installation of branch circuits for lighting, receptacles and equipment; Repair and installation of feeders, transformers and panels; Repair and installation of interior, exterior and pole lighting; Repair of District sports field lighting; Assisting Hutto ISD personnel with electrical maintenance and other electrical tasks assigned by Hutto ISD electrical supervisor in accordance with the instructions, terms and conditions, and requirements/ specifications contained in this agreement. Maintenance shall be defined as work on a building or facility where at the conclusion of the work the building or facility retains substantially the same function, size or capacity as before the work. Maintenance is not intended to include substantial renovations of buildings or facilities. This does not include projects that modify or alter a facility structure and/or property.
