Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Little Rock made improvements to South Cedar Street and South Pine Street as part of their 12th Street jump start project in December 2022. The improvements included construction of a concrete retaining wall to replace a failed stone wall. The City seeks to restore the stone appearance of the retaining wall by adding stone veneer as well as tying into the remaining portions of existing stone wall. As part of this work, a clean-out will pipe will need to be cut and capped. The City has created a plan for the location of the stone wall repair at the S Cedar Street at W 10th Street intersection. Once completed, the stone veneer shall resemble the original stone wall in appearance. The stone veneer shall be constructed in accordance with the accepted standards for this type of construction, to include tieback anchors to the concrete wall, finishing of joints, and general quality of workmanship.
