Specifications include, but are not limited to: This project will happen while the building is occupied and must stay open to employees and the public during work. Contractor parking and staging areas must be coordinated with the City. All products and finishes must be approved by the City. The City will file for any necessary zoning and building permits, while the selected contractor will be responsible for any trades permits. The repair project’s scope of work will include: • Cutting existing metal siding to 5-feet high, to existing cross framing member, excluding walls where there is a masonry base. Cut door trim at all doors in project area (verify 16 count) to match height. • Furnish and install forest green metal trim (to match existing window trim) where removed on all doors in project area, and for bottom shelf and top flashing. • Furnish and install forest green corrugated metal siding to 5-feet high. Siding to be face screwed to match existing pattern. • Uninstall and reinstall existing key card readers. • Clean up jobsite at end of each day and final clean up at end of project.
