Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Site analysis services including land acquisition, easements, and environmental studies. 2. Conceptual project planning and/or budgeting. 3. Project schematic design and design development services. 4. Construction document preparation and bidding service. 5. Construction contract administration services including planning, scheduling, and oversight of all work. 6. Preparation of funding requests, grant applications and request for reimbursement to the NHDOT. 7. Preparation of work required by NHDOT, FAA, City of Claremont, and various permit agencies associated with these projects. 8. Surveying and mapping. 9. Evaluations (project feasibility studies, equipment calculations, etc.). 10. Comprehensive planning (project sequencing, alternative development options, etc.). 11. Conceptual designs. 12. Plans and specifications. 13. Drawing reviews. 14. Soils engineering. 15. Wetland delineations. 16. Preparation of as-built plans. 17. Other services as needed and authorized directly related to airport operations and management.
