This solicitation is for the purpose of entering into a contract for the operation of a food service program for the Lebanon School District. The Lebanon School District food service program may include any of the following programs: National School Lunch Program (NSLP), School Breakfast Program (SBP), and Fresh Fruit and Vegetables Program (FFVP). The FSMC will assume responsibility for the efficient management and consulting service of the food program including, but not limited to; menus, purchasing, receiving, storing, setting up cafeteria lines, counter service, cleanup, sanitation, training, hiring and supervising personnel, and presenting food in a way to create optimum student participation. The program will include the use of federally donated commodities.
