Specifications include, but are not limited to: New Castle County is seeking an annual contract for various pipeline Hot Tapping and Line Stopping work. We currently have a project requiring pricing which is for a 36-inch PCCP forcemain at Terminal Pump Station. New Castle County requires different types of Hot Tapping and Line Stopping work including, but not limited to, ductile iron, cast iron, steel and pre-stressed concrete cylinder pipe ranging in size from 12 to 84-inches in diameter throughout the year. Bids will be awarded based on lump sum prices for the job referenced in these specifications. Vendors will be required to quote on each new specific job as it occurs. New Castle County reserves the right to obtain pricing from other vendors if future quotes are deemed to be non-competitive.
