Specifications include, but are not limited to: The University System of New Hampshire (hereafter referred to as USNH or Owner) is requesting proposals for masonry services on a time and materials basis in support of USNH to include Keene State College, Plymouth State University and the University of New Hampshire. It is our intent to award contracts to multiple firms. This Event is being reissued in order to increase the availability of contracted firms to provide these services for the USNH campuses. Currently awarded firms need not respond. USNH requires a time and materials contract for masonry trade services under a term agreement contract. Work includes but is not limited to brickwork, stonework, block work, and concrete work. Services will include multiple institutional type masonry projects encompassing alteration, renovation, remodeling and major repairs to USNH structures and properties.
