Specifications include, but are not limited to: moving three portables (approved under DSA Application #01- 107317) from Achieve Academy (previously known as Hawthorne Elementary School) to Urban Promise Academy (previously known as Whitton Elementary School). Portables will be set on new foundations constructed per the original DSA approved drawings. New metal decking, ramp and stairs will be installed using PC System (DSA Application #04- 119501 Pre-checked Project or equivalent PC). Site improvements include but not limited to asphalt paving, fencing enclosure, and connection to UPA utilities and systems. Existing fire alarm devices will be relocated and/or replaced as required to meet current code. The Project will connect to the existing campus accessible path of travel. Interior improvements are limited to removal of two existing non-conforming partitions, flooring, wall and ceiling finishes, and replacement of restroom accessories.
