Specifications include, but are not limited to: provide the annual fire protection testing and inspection on the A-State Jonesboro campus, per the following specifications. This includes facilities with automatic fire protection systems in need of testing. These systems consist of the following listed below; please break down cost per each system on the cost proposal. Test and inspect the Wet Type Fire Sprinkler System(s) within the buildings listed on the attached building inventory. • 144 wet sprinkler systems • 9 dry systems of which all are due for water flow test • 75 backflow preventers • 8 fire pumps • Check all gauges and provide a complete report of any gauge in need of replacement, as per NFPA guidelines/recommendations • 2 Standpipe Systems - Fowler Center AND Parking Garage
