Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. The work to be done is covered in the Construction Documents (Drawings) titled Dover Well #9 Improvements and in the project manual titled Dover Well #9 Improvements. B. Please note that the City of Dover is anticipating that the construction work will start in July 2024, to help minimize encountering possible groundwater during excavation. C. All implements, machinery, tools, maintenance of traffic (traffic control), erosion and sediment control, equipment, and material shall be provided by the contractor, including but not limited to the labor necessary for the demolition and removal of the existing building as mentioned in the Construction Documents. The Contractor shall do everything necessary to make the work perfect, complete, neat and finished. The Contractor shall leave all the work to be done under this Contract in this condition at the time the work is finally inspected.
