Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Hunt Memorial Building, built as Nashua's public library in 1903 by architect and New Hampshire native Ralph Adams Cram, was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1971. In the main chimney stack of the building there is an approximately 75’ steel pipe that needs to be removed. The bottom of the pipe is rusted and is now structurally unsound. The current flue pipe for the boiler resides within the steel pipe and will need to be temporarily removed at the same the time pipe is prepped for demo, so coordination between the chosen demo company and our HVAC company will be necessary.
