Specifications include, but are not limited to: Lawn care services for 2024 include mowing, cleanup, fertilization, and weed control as specified. Sites are organized within groups. Work is defined by task and by location. MOWING: A. Tasks: 1) Lawn turf shall be cut to a length between 3 and 4 inches. Fall height shall be 2 to 3 inches after October 1st of the Contract year. 2) All trash and debris shall be picked up prior to mowing. 3) Trimming around buildings, structures, trees, etc. must be done with each mowing. The cost of trimming is included in the mowing price. 4) Contractor is responsible to ensure that grass clippings are not blown or raked into the street or sidewalk or paved areas. 5) If a site is not mowed for ten (10) days or more for any reason, clippings must be bagged and removed instead of mulched, unless otherwise directed by City of Bismarck staff. 6) Wheel tracks are to be avoided by alternating mowing direction with each mowing.
