Specifications include, but are not limited to: Vendor shall supply all labor, tools, transportation, materials, equipment and permits as necessary and required to perform services as described herein. Successful Vendor shall be required to supply, deliver, uncrate, set into place, make all of the final connections, start-up and test all of the equipment (turn-key) awarded in accordance with Bid Specifications. • Manufacturer new, custom walk-in refrigeration unit with the following dimensions: • Approximately: length - 11' x width - 12' x height – 7’ (inside dimension) o Framing for the door size 2' 6'' wide x 6' tall • The box will reside in a building and not be exposed to weather conditions • 208/230 single phase power • Provide and install all required equipment and refrigerant (i.e. condenser, compressor, coils, evaporator, etc.) • Provide and install all required electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, and other connections • The State shall ensure the flooring is level prior to installation
