Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. The Contractor shall create a digital cadastral map for Fulton County, Arkansas B. The Contractor shall provide digital data in an ESRI Geodatabase format. The AGISO will provide a template of the ESRI Geodatabase; this format must be used for all deliveries. C. The new digital parcel map must be created utilizing the best available data for said county, as provided through the AGISO. D. The Contractor shall possess and demonstrate the ability to work closely with the County Assessor and staff in resolving mapping issues. Examples may include, but are not limited to: 1. Membership in or certifications from IAAO 2. Participation in GIS and CAMA working groups E. The Contractor shall provide digital data in native coordinative system: Arkansas State Plane North NAD 1983: Fulton County F. All source data will be provided to the Contractor at either the onset of the project or prior to Phase 2. G. The Contractor shall not be required to complete any parcel polygons where sufficient source information has not been provided.
