Specifications include, but are not limited to: PARC is seeking to hire an experienced and qualified Vendor that can provide a turnkey solution of all equipment, corresponding software and networking, accessories, warranties, and deliveries required to install and maintain new vendor provided Level II chargers on PARC properties. At least one unit must be able to service more than (1) car simultaneously. In addition, RFP # 240223 Vendor will comply with all permitting, ADA and parking requirements. At this time PARC will not charge patrons for usage of the EV chargers and the vendor shall not charge fees to the user for usage but chargers should have the ability to do such in the future. Detailed information about the business model, including but not limited to the ability to set pricing for end users, billing practices, time limits on EV usage, potential dashboards, service fees, revenue distribution, and cost recovery for electricity responses should be outlined in the proposal.
