Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Comply with all OSHA Hazwoper regulations throughout each phase of the project. This includes but not limited to Level D PPE. Sleeveless shirts, shorts, and sweatpants are not permitted. Also, no food, drinks or smoking shall be allowed in the work area. 2. Have an "USEPA/City approved" Health and Safety Plan (HASP) (consistent with 29 CFT 1910 & 1926) and Storm Water Run-off Plan (SWRP) on file with the City of Omaha. 3. Have a file with the City of Omaha; currently 40 hour Hazwoper certificates for workers and supervisors and XRF training certificates for associates that will be operating an XRF. Additionally, supervisors my have a current 8 hour Hazwoper supervisor certificate.
