Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this bid is to remove and replace the existing shingles down to the wood decking on the Sebastian County Extension Office, 7600 Taylor Avenue, Fort Smith, AR 72916. This project will need to take place during normal business hours. The proposal shall include the following: • Remove and dispose of existing laminated composition shingles, felt, drip edge, flashing, exhaust cap • Furnish and install new shingles (same color or like color, pattern) • Furnish and install Hip/Ridge caps (cut from 3 tab composition shingles) • Furnish and install new synthetic felt and ice and water shield • Furnish and install new pipe flashing on all plumbing vents • Furnish and install new exhaust caps (through roof, 6” to 8”) • Furnish and install new prefinished drip edge • Furnish and install new valley metal • Detach Digital Satellite System and dispose of • Furnish and install new sub-structure including decking, where needed • Remove and deck over the existing electrical mast that is not in use
