Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. The fireworks display will be in the evening on July 4, 2024, after dark. Set-up, show and tear-down is required to happen all in the same day.2. The fireworks will be shot off from a designated area on the MECA campus. Thisarea will be reviewed with Successful Bidder to ensure the area is prepared for safety and the appropriate fall zone is designated.3. Display must be a minimum of 20-25 minutes in length.4. Shells must be 2.5” to 4” in size.5. Display must have the ability to be choreographed to a music selection approved by MECA Tri-Park, which may include being timed to a live performance or radiostation.6. Successful Bidder must be federally licensed for pyrotechnic displays. Proof ofDOT insurance and the assigned Hazmat number is required.7. Successful Bidder must identify and locate any unexploded shells.8. Successful bidder must sweep the grounds for debris and pick up all waste at the conclusion of the event. If a dumpster is needed to dispose of debris, please notate that on your bid.9. This is a lump sum, not-to-exceed agreement. No overtime will be paid.10. Successful Bidder must be willing to coordinate with the local fire department on timing and details of the fireworks display including obtaining necessary permits
