Specifications include, but are not limited to: Maple Broadband requires the following: a) Development of best practices as needed for inventory management, asset tracking, accounting, and reporting in order to meet BEAD program obligations and comply with all grant terms currently known or reasonably anticipated. b) Analysis and documentation of in-kind match. The BEAD program requires a minimum 25% match, but the program does allow-in kind match, and the area of particular concern is existing plant and other assets, although additional areas of match may be identified in the course of work. Since the parties will be submitting a single application, the method both parties use to calculate match, and demonstrate it with appropriate documentation, will need to be developed and aligned, and then the actual match calculated for each party.
