Through the inception of the Tourism Development Trust Fund, our state has had the opportunity to market across the country and world to promote our state’s unique and special offerings. Those tactics and strategies have varied through the years and ADPHT expects that evolution to continue more rapidly. The Department of Parks, Heritage and Tourism (ADPHT) seeks to maximize the Department’s talent and expertise with that of an outside firm(s). The Department reserves the right to award a contract to a single contractor for (1) or more of each of the following Categories, including the right to award to the same contractor for all four (4) Categories: • Category 1: Lead creative content development, advertising and marketing, and social media • Category 2: Public relations • Category 3: Media planning and buying • Category 4: Website development and hosting
