Specifications include, but are not limited to: SCOPE OF SERVICE The following scope of service describes the desired requirements for this service. The Contractor shall be licensed to engage in pest control service work. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, transportation, tools, materials, and supplies necessary to perform pest control services in accordance with the guidelines established by Federal, State, and Local Government laws, rules, and regulations. Inspecting and controlling all vermin, such as, but not restricted to: fleas, stinkbugs, ants, wasps, bees, mice, roaches, etc., at the locations. Preventive and control treatment for all types of termites (ground Formosa, above ground, dry wood, carpenter ants, powder post beetles, and wood decay fungi). Complete the "Bid Line items" on Line Item tab. The Contractor shall provide service to the locations in the frequency shown and as necessary to control pests. Service to be performed by the Contractor that is required more frequently than is shown in the RFP will be at no additional cost to the City. In other words, the Contractor is required to provide service as often as needed to adequately control pests for the amount of their proposal. The Contractor shall obtain the signature of a City employee, preferably a supervisor or office manager when service is performed at a City location. Monthly invoices are to be submitted to the City. Contractor's employees who perform service at City locations are to wear or display identification that they represent the Contractor.
