Specifications include, but are not limited to: The work under this contract comprises the construction of a new site drop-off lane and other site work as required to accommodate the building addition, a two-story classroom addition on the west side of the existing Gymnasium (Level One Approx 12,730s.f. and Lower Level Approx 12,360s.f.), and on the east side a one story addition adjacent to the existing band, choir, and locker rooms, (approx. 4,710s.f.) with a connector corridor on the southwest side of the building (approx. 700s.f.). There will be interior modification work to the existing Administration area, staff support areas, and work to convert the existing Art area into a new Life Skills area. Other modifications throughout the existing building include but not limited to new LED lighting, new flooring, modifications to the teaching walls, and painting.
