Specifications include, but are not limited to: Delaware Technical and Community College, a Delaware state agency (“DTCC”, “College” or “Delaware Technical Community College”), requests formal proposals for vending services for food, beverages and/or pouring rights at campuses located in Georgetown, Dover, Wilmington and Stanton, Delaware and their respective satellite locations. Vendors may provide proposals for any number of campuses and satellite locations, for food, beverages and/or pouring rights, for two, three, or five-year periods for the initial term with an additional two, three or five-year extension option period, at the discretion of DTCC. This RFP solicits proposals for vending services for food and/or for the sale of beverages and/or pouring rights defined as follows in all agreed upon campus locations inclusive of bookstores, cafeterias and wellness centers: • Carbonated beverages, nonalcoholic: bottled, canned and/or post-mix • Soft Drinks: Bottled, canned, and/or post-mix • Water: Bottled • Fruit Drinks: Bottled, canned, and/or post-mix • Sports Drinks: Bottled, canned, and/or post-mix • Food items inclusive of candy, snacks, and pastries that are enjoying national and local acceptance
