Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Selected Firm shall conduct an audit of each of the following: State of Delaware Annual Comprehensive Financial Report (ACFR) State of Delaware Single Audit Delaware Department of Transportation, Transportation Trust Funds, and Delaware Transportation Authority/Delaware Transit Corporation (DTC) [Collectively, DELDOT] Delaware State Lottery, Annual Basic Financial Report, Delaware State Lottery, Annual Comprehensive Financial Report (ACFR) SSAE 18 SOC1 Type 2 Report* over First State Financials (FSF) and Payroll Human Resources Statewide Technology (PHRST) Note: The fiscal year for the State of Delaware begins on July 1 and ends on June 30. *The Selected Firm will conduct an examination of controls at a service organization relevant to user entities’ internal control over financial reporting (SOC1). This engagement will include a report on management’s description of a service organization’s system and on the suitability of the design and operating effectiveness of the controls (type 2 report) related to the First State Financials (FSF) and Payroll Human Resources State Technology (PHRST). FSF and PHRST are PeopleSoft applications used for financial transactions and payroll/human resources, respectively.
