Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Remove existing single ply membrane if required for manufacture warranty or city code. Dispose of existing roofing. Upon removal of existing membrane an inspection of insulation and substrate will be performed by contractor and owner. Owner will perform repairs if needed. 2. Clean all areas to be roofed. 3. Install a mechanically attached 60 Mil white PVC membrane roofing system and all necessary flashings complete with termination bars around the perimeter. Replace existing dunnage blocks with new composite or rubber dunnage blocks. Refer to the specifications 2.01 thru 2.05 listed below. 4. Rebuild roof drains to a design whereby the roof drains appropriately. 5. Install same, mechanically attached PVC membrane roofing system up six (6) inches at parapet walls. 6. Sweep and clean all roof areas upon completion.
