Specifications include, but are not limited to: Douglas County School District 0001 (Omaha Public Schools) (“OPS”) invites qualified suppliers to submit bids to furnish kilns (collectively referred to herein as “Products” and may be also referred to individually as a “Product”) that comply with the Product Specifications in the Bid Documents. The bid price quoted in the bid shall include a single price per item bid for all of the following products and services to be provided by the successful bidder for each Product: purchase of the kiln, any assembly necessary to make the kilns useable, delivery to the OPS school location specified in the purchase order for the Product, placement of the Product within the designated building as directed by OPS and removal from OPS property and proper disposal of all shipping boxes, containers and other shipping materials, and shall also include all insurance costs, duties, tariffs and brokerage costs.
