Contractor will furnish and supply to OPS all of the Services required by the Contract Documents for all OPS elementary, secondary and central kitchen facilities identified on Attachment “A” of the Bid Documents and in accordance with the requirements of the Contract Documents. Contractor will supply all necessary labor, materials, equipment and tools to perform such Services. 2. SERVICE SPECIFICATIONS FOR SEMI ANNUAL INSPECTION OF RANGE HOOD FIRE CONTROL SYSTEMS: A. Inspection to include but not limited to: 1) Check cylinder of Dry/Wet Chemical System. 2) Check operation of the remote pull station and mechanical devices. 3) Check hoods, grease removal devices, fan, ducts etc., for excess grease or sludge. 4) Check all fans for proper exhaust function. 5) Check nozzles for proper clearances and coverage of cooking equipment. 6) Verify hand portable fire extinguisher meets NFPA requirements. 7) Check, and replace if necessary, fusible links. 8) Check operation of electrical devices. 9) Verify system meets current NFPA requirements. 10) Tag system showing the inspection information. 11) Provide a detailed report to OPS with inspection results within two weeks of inspection.
